The concept of the establishment is inspired by the fishing village of Terracina between Naples and Rome. The focus is on the legendary ice showcase with fresh fish regularly shipped from Morocco twice a week, as well as a vibrant vegetable counter - the recognizable signature of Arkady Novikov's restaurants. Live music is played here in the evenings.
Italian Catello Sansone is in charge of the kitchen. Having extensive experience in the quality of pizza, the chef flawlessly reproduces the classics of Italian cuisine in Moscow realities. In 2021, the Australian Glen Ballis (Nama, Avocado Queen, No. 13, Medusa Kitchen & Bar), a permanent partner of Arkady Novikov, was invited to update the menu and bring his own author's view and expertise in working with fish and seafood.
The menu contains everything the freshest and most attractive. A new serving of everyone's favorite tiramisu, a wide selection of pasta performed by the chef Catello Sansone and unique dishes from wild fish and the freshest seafood: the signature shrimp crudo Carabeneros rojo, tuna tartare, as well as signature treats. We supply the finest fish and the freshest seafood from the shores of Italy and Morocco: pagra, turbot, sea bass, sea cock, dorado, scorpion fish and much more.
The restaurant was renovated in 2021.
