The gourmet restaurant ARTEST is located in a two-storied mansion in a complex of 19th century historical buildings in Trubnikovsky Lane. On the ground floor there is a chef's table, on the second - a hall with a fireplace, where a la carte menu is offered. The kitchen in the restaurant is open.
Only the haute set is served at the chef's table. The chef wants to present on a plate how big and united the world is, how nature, thunderstorms, fogs and stars are connected with the perception of gastronomy. To show that, he uses the most modern tools. In the kitchen there are only Russian products, including wild herbs collected by herbalists. The chef Artem works a lot with farmers, and of course he has all the harvest of Arkady Novikov’s "Agronom" at his disposal. There is a laboratory with impressive equipment for creation of new dishes. Our specialists study fermentation processes, prepare their own vinegars (including chokeberry, melon, peach, “swallow” pepper, carrots, etc.) and miso (for example, with orange zest, from four types of nuts, etc.). There is also a separate room for keeping food at high temperatures, where you can make analogs of Japanese black garlic from vegetables and fruits.
The wine list contains more than 200 items, all wines are stored in a specially equipped room, decorated in the color of volcanic tuff. The bar works closely with the chef and prepares complicated cocktails based on kombucha and other fermented ingredients. There are no familiar names in the bar list, but bartenders can make any classic cocktail to order.

ARTEST Chef's table was rewarded with two Michelin stars in MICHELIN Moscow 2022 guide, and the hall with fireplace was selected by MICHELIN.
