Restaurant of Italian and European cuisine in the Luzhniki aqua complex
A bright and cozy restaurant is located at the exit from the Luzhniki aqua complex. The interior is dominated by natural materials - wood furniture and wall panels, an abundance of living plants and bright paintings that adorn the walls. Everything in order to spend a pleasant evening with family and friends.
The restaurant's cuisine can be described as Italian or European. It was put on by the chef Dmitry Yakovlev, who has been cooperating with Arkady Novikov for a long time. Together they launched and worked on projects such as Sausage Shop and White Cafe, and in 2020 launched Aquamarine. The restaurant menu has a large selection of oven pizzas and homemade pasta, grilled meats and fresh salads. There is also a section of Caucasian cuisine with khinkali and khachapuri. The dessert list includes more than 10 classic Novikov Group desserts. In addition, there is a children's menu.
In summer, a spacious terrace opens up for guests.
