New amazing project Novikov Restaurant & Bar – is the first restaurant, opened beyond Russia by successful company headed by Arkady Novikov – guru of restaurant business.
Situated in the very center of Mayfair, Novikov Restaurant & Bar combines excellent culinary offers and modern innovative interiors.
Novikov Restaurant & Bar occupies three floors and is divided into two dining zones and lounge-bar. Asian restaurant specializes on Chinese and Pan-Asiatic cuisines. Menu is worked out by famous experienced Japanese Chef Jeff Tyler. He is famous for his love for experiments with different textures, tastes and ingredients. His hits – are Kamchatka crab with sauce Penang, pork in spicy glaze, mutton cutlets and miso-soup of black cod.
Italian restaurant offers classical Italian courses in modern interpretation. Menu created by Carmelo Carnevale includes excellent assortment of starters, tartar of salmon or tuna, beef Carpaccio, and also wide assortment of home-made pasta. Among fish courses it is worth to mention fried Sea bass with sour-sweet Sicilian vegetables, and among meat courses – roasted pigeon with sautéed vegetables.
Lounge-bar offers wide cocktail menu, live music and performances of the leading DJs of the world.
Interior of Novikov Restaurant & Bar was designed by company Geometry Design Moscow.
The main entrance from Berkley Street leads to Asian restaurant. Cool granite walls match with dark wooden bar counter in combination with greenstone. Only natural materials – wood, stone, and leather - are used in decoration of this restaurant. Hospitable and relaxing atmosphere entirely allows to enjoy Asian cuisine based on sea food and vegetables.
Italian restaurant is accomplished in modern style. Here chamois wall covering perfectly matches with hand-made Moroccan tile, and wood-burning stove neighbors with mirrors in oak frames. Modern system of lighting helps to change atmosphere of the restaurant according to the time of day or season.
And finally lounge-bar in the interior of which eclecticism of different countries and epochs is used. Antique things and modern furniture, Asiatic accessories and classical lighting ideally harmonize with each other.
